This book in the clearest way explains the logic, the system and the structure of tango. It basically puts everything in order. It starts with good exercises on sensitivity and awareness, then walking and improvising in both parallel and crossed-foot systems; then giros, changes of direction and improvisation with all of the above. Be prepared that this book is a little bit dry, since there is only theory in it. I would recommend getting this book with Mauricio's CD-ROMs, like "100% Improvisation" or "Tango: The Structure of the Dance level 1/ Multimedia Extended Version". Visuals examples would make it much easier to process all that information given in the book.
